Our Levels
Movement is for everyone and therefore, we have levels for everyone.

Level 1: Beginner
Designed for those completely new to the practice or looking to build foundational skills. Focus is on learning the basics of each technique, improving flexibility, and developing strength with modifications available to ensure comfort and support throughout the session.

Level 2: Intermediate
Aimed at those with some experience, these classes introduce more challenging movements and techniques. Expect to refine your skills, push your limits, and build more strength and flexibility. Variations are offered to support a range of abilities.

Level 3: Advanced
For experienced practitioners, these classes offer a more intense experience, incorporating complex movements and advanced techniques. This level focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and endurance while challenging both the body and mind.
