Meet our Founder
Stacey Murtagh
For over 15 years, I have been a student of movement, exploring its profound impact on both the body and mind. My personal wellness journey was shaped by navigating grief, an IBS diagnosis, and the mental and emotional challenges that came with them. Through this, I discovered that true well-being isn’t just about diet or exercise—it’s about creating a space where movement, breath, and mindset work together to support healing and transformation.
I specialise in mind-body movement, integrating diverse modalities to help others reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels nourishing and intuitive. My approach is rooted in functional movement, breath-work, and awareness, guiding clients toward greater strength, balance, and inner resilience.
In addition, I support clients with 1:1 nutritional health coaching, with a focus on gut health and sustainable, intuitive nutrition.
